It is not restricted to residents of Nobles County or Minnesota only, we welcome all people wishing to trace their family roots. Our membership has roots in a number of surrounding states as well as other countries. We are a non-profit organization and our income is derived chiefly from membership dues. We operate under the legal umbrella of the Nobles County Historical Society. We have full access to he records of the parent society as they pertain to genealogy. A subscription to the Nobles County Genealogical Group Newsletter goes to each member. It is published four times a year. The newsletter is an inset in the Nobles County Historical Society Newsletter.
