The Southwest Minnesota Business Development Center is a resource for
business assistance, providing a unique array of services, expertise and
training in all areas including starting, growing, developing and selling

The SBDC can provide comprehensive business resource materials and database access for business research such as:

TRAINING SEMINARS
The SBDC also offers seminars and training programs on subjects important to business owners and entrepreneurs as well as other programs to meet the special needs of the region. Training programs and special projects are provided at no cost or a nominal fee.
QUALIFICATIONS
Any existing small business firm or individual that fits within SBA guidelines, may request assistance. As a result of the financial support of our partners, counseling is provided at no cost to the client.
LOAN PACKAGING
The SBDC does not administer loan or grant programs. SBDC counselors will assist the client in assessing funding options, including sources of financing, eligibility criteria, and documentation needed by funding sources.
