Cancellation Policy:

Registrations may be cancelled, but you must provide at least a 72-hour notice in order to be eligible for a refund. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for each cancellation to offset costs.

Registrations may also be transferred to another employee of your organization without incurring a fee. Please have substitutes indicate whom they are replacing when they arrive at the event. Handouts for registered events you are unable to attend will be sent to you upon your request to wredc@frontiernet.net.
