A multi-specialty group practice. It offers primary and specialty health care services, provided by physicians who are board certified in Family Practice, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Gynecology and Pediatrics.

The clinic provides diagnostic services with its own laboratory and X-ray facilities, cardiovascular stress testing, pacemaker checks, lung function studies, bone density scans, mamography, and ADD evaluations. Outreach Specialty Services are available in Allergy/Asthma, Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, and Oncology.

Clinic Hours
 Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Urgent Care Hours
 Monday - Friday 5-8:30 p.m.
 Saturday 9 a/m/ - 3 p.m.
 Sunday 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

SRH serves as the regional medical center for southwest Minnesota and northwest Iowa. 

The emergency room is staffed 24 hours a day.

The hospital also serves as a clinical training facility for educational programs in registered nursing, licensed practical nursing, laboratory technology, physical therapy and biomedical engineering.

The Sanford Worthington Clinic is staffed by physicians and nurse practitioners who specialize in family practice. Specialized services include on-site laboratory testing, mamography and radiology.

On-site specialty physicians, outreach includes cardiology, OB/GYN, general surgery, rehab medicine and nephrology.

The clinic is a member of the Sanford Hospitals & Health Systems.
